Payment info: processed securely by Stripe. We don’t store your full card number — Stripe handles that. We receive confirmation, the last 4 digits, and billing status.
Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, emails opened, and similar analytics, collected via cookies and our tools.

These Terms govern your purchase of and access to all Your Profit Stack programs and the community. By purchasing or accessing any tier, you agree to these Terms.
| 1. Programs & What You're Buying
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Every paid tier is a monthly membership (or an optional prepaid annual plan) — access continues only while your subscription is active. It is not a one-time purchase and there is no "own it forever" tier. Each tier includes everything in the tier below it.
Quick-Start (Free) — the Margin Leak Audit + the free 7-day Quick-Start. No card, not a subscription.
Foundations — $97/every four (4) weeks (recurring), 6-month minimum term. The 6-module Profit Stack course (streamed while a member), the Contract Guide + 5 Handshake Protections, the True Cost Calculator, the template library, the Daily 5, and the community.
Trade Insider — $197/every four (4) weeks (recurring), 6-month minimum term. Everything in Foundations, plus the hosted AI Vault (5 tools, kept current), the Daily 5 accountability engine, and monthly group Q&A.
Trade Operator — $397/every four (4) weeks (recurring), 6-month minimum term. Everything in Trade Insider, plus biweekly live group coaching + hot seats and the hosted AI Vault (9 tools).

| 2. Price & Payment
All paid tiers (Foundations, Trade Insider, Operator, Accelerator, Inner Circle) are recurring subscriptions — see Section 3.
Monthly plans are billed to the card on file each cycle. Annual plans are charged in full at purchase for 12 months.
Accelerator and Inner Circle are enrolled via an application / Profit Strategy Call; billing begins on acceptance.
By purchasing, you authorize us and our processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method for the amounts and on the schedule you select, including recurring charges, until cancelled per Section 3.
Prices and offers may change for future enrollments.
| 3. Membership Billing, Renewal & Cancellation (All Paid Tiers)
Monthly plans:
Memberships are billed every four (4) weeks and automatically renew until cancelled.
Memberships run on a 6-month minimum term. You may cancel anytime; if you cancel before completing the 6-month term, a one-time $97 early-cancellation fee applies.
On cancellation, future charges stop and access continues to the end of the current paid period, after which access ends.
Annual plans:
Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months, so the 6-month minimum and the $97 early-cancellation fee do not apply.
Cancelling turns off the next-year auto-renewal; there is no fee.
Refund window for annual plans is covered in Section 4.
Both:
Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated); downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Access vs. ownership: the course curriculum is streamed (not for download) and is available while you are a member. Tools you download while a member (the True Cost Calculator, templates) remain yours to keep, but you will not receive further updates to them after your membership ends.
You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for these amounts, including recurring charges.
| 4. Refunds & Guarantees
Because the course and templates are digital, refunds are limited.Monthly memberships (all tiers): cancel anytime to stop future billing (subject to the 6-month minimum term and $97 early-cancellation fee in Section 3). Fees already paid are non-refundable except under the Profit Back Guarantee below.Annual plans: full refund if you cancel within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days the remaining term is non-refundable, but you keep access through the end of the paid year.Accelerator — Profit Back Guarantee:
Action-based guarantee: if Accelerator does not add at least $10,000/month to your profit within 90 days, we refund your payment and keep coaching you free until it does — provided you met the participation conditions (below).
A separate 14-day no-questions money-back period applies during the first two weeks after purchase.
Otherwise, once the cohort has begun, materials have been downloaded, or coaching has been attended, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Inner Circle — Profit Back Guarantee (modified)
Inner Circle includes the same action-based Profit Back Guarantee as Accelerator (the $10,000/month standard and the participation conditions).
Exception — no 14-day no-questions window. Because Inner Circle reserves Cody's time, a limited seat, and includes 1:1 coaching and custom builds, the 14-day money-back window does not apply.
Otherwise, fees are generally non-refundable once the engagement begins (first session held, custom build started, or materials accessed), except as required by law.
Participation conditions for the Profit Back Guarantee: you must (1) complete all 5 daily non-negotiables for 60 of the 90 days, (2) attend the coaching calls, and (3) submit your numbers.

| 6. Inner Circle — Engagement, Custom Tools & Mastermind
The 1:1 engagement: the number, length, and cadence of 1:1 sessions over the 6 months are as described at enrollment.Custom-tuned GPTs & your data: our team configures the Custom GPTs with the business data you provide (your jobs, subs, pricing). That data is used to configure your tools and is handled per our Privacy Policy.Mastermind confidentiality: what is shared in the mastermind stays in the room. You agree not to disclose other members' confidential information.
| 7. License & Acceptable Use
On payment we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Program materials, templates, and GPTs for your own business while your membership is active. No resale, sharing of logins, or redistribution.
| 8. Results Disclaimer
The Program provides education, tools, coaching, and frameworks. Examples and figures are illustrative. We do not guarantee any specific financial result, income, margin, or business outcome, except the specific action-based Profit Back Guarantee described in Section 4.
| 9. Intellectual Property
All Program content — courses, videos, templates, worksheets, GPTs, and written materials — is owned by 1515736 B.C. Ltd. and licensed to you under Section 7.
| 10. Community & Conduct
Access to the community, cohorts, and mastermind is a privilege. No spam, pitching, harassment, or sharing of members' private information. We may suspend or remove access for violations without refund.
| 11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
| 12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
